Saurabh called me with an offer to improve my package. I have inadvertantly signed up to a new 24 month contract in this way before. My experiance with Saurbh was completely different. He was knowledgable and polite but respected my need to understand the full offer and avoid missunderstanding. He was clearly committed to delivering a win-win situation of growing and maintaining business whilst offering value for money and offered to call me back when I had reviewed my current package and had more time. He tailored his support and treated me as an indiviual. Saurabh deserves my thank you for understanding that we can not all work at the same pace and that pressure sales and/or fear of missing out do cause anxiety.
