My Sky system was "doing its own thing" and found the Sky Q UNIT was faulty. Sky sent me a new UNIT and I tried to fitted it in. But it wouldnt make correct connections, so I still couldent get Sky. It appeared that the new UNIT had not been set up at control office and my system was still looking for the old UNIT. I arranged for "the Sky Guys" to come and sort it out. There were a couple of items not working together, which the Guys sorted out, They re-setup my soundbar, got all TV and UNITS working correctly.
Sometimes it is easier to get "The Guys" in to sort out major problems, than fuffing about and not get anywhere.
So THANK YOU to the two guys that sorted my system out and got me up and running again. 30/Sept/26
