Re: excellent customer service.

I hope this message finds the right person. I called on Thursday 24th November 2022 and spoke to Marie at the Livingston offices regarding an issue with my Digibox. It was between 4:30 and 5 pm. 

I have to say, this was the single best experience I have ever had with a member of staff at sky. She was polite, approachable and understanding. She went over and above to sort out my issue. I thanked her for her help but felt a message of thanks is more appropriate. Hopefully, her managers appreciate her efforts as much as I do.
