Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

We had an amazing broadband technician that came round to help with our internet issues. He really did go above and beyond with his support and didn't leave until I'd managed to get all the kids devices set up on Wi-Fi, which had been an issue.

 

He stayed late and his wife even called to ask where he was! This chap restored my faith in Sky! My job is all about employer engagement and his customer service skills were outstanding.

 

His name is Dave Wilson from Yorkshire. A tall chap with tattoos on his arm.
