Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

This is POSITIVE feedback but i couldn't find anywhere to submit it. Having had a broadband outage over the last few weeks i have had 3 Sky team members phone me to check on issues and to keep me up to date on progress. Each person has been courteous, polite and very helpful. The broadband issue seems to have been resolved (fingers crossed) and id like my thanks passed on to those who helped and their managers
