Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I am quick to complain but also when credit is due, I will let people know. After many calls to a call center,  I was getting annoyed with the answers I was getting they, all the staff was intrested  was selling me more sky products , which I did not want or require. I was ready to cancel some of my  sky services after 23 years,  I gave Sky  one more chance and luckily I got  the good call centre and spoke to Alan, he was helpful, attentive explained things clearly and a credit to your company,  So good on you Alan and I hope other Sky customers get through to you.
