Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to a woman on the broadband customer service helpline today. I believe her name was 'Javinda'. I spoke to her from roughly 15.50pm on 2.3.23. She was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, I hung up by accident after we finished speaking and I did not get a chance to do the survey. I would give her 10/10!
