Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Donna at Sky customer services who I spoke to on Tuesday 24th January.  She went above and beyond to understand my situation and manage to cancel my broadband services due to circumstances out of my control. It was so nice to speak to a human being with empathy and not someone going of a script. Thank you
