Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to thank the gentleman who I spoke to yesterday afternoon. I can not remember his name and I now feel that he will go unrecognised for the service he provided. I was so refreshing to speak to someone that was polite, understanding and patient, he took his time in explained everything he was doing in clear detail and nothing was too much trouble.  I hope there is a way that I can get the information of who he was so he can know that I want to say a big thatnk you. After the call I waited to give a rating of the call but did not have the option.
