I have just finished having a delightful conversation with Gaurav on live chat.

 

I have just renewed my Sky TV contract and it was, hands down, THE best sales experience I've ever had.

 

Gaurav was such a pleasure to speak to and he was so personable with great chat. He is a massive credit to you, Sky. He is the reason I renewed my contract today (which I had already cancelled a couple of weeks ago).
