Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I called today expecting a long wait but The call was answered by a human in under a minute. I spoke to John. Not only did he answer every question I asked - he saved me money and gave me other bits of information I didn't know. He went the extra mile - service like this needs to be recognised - and I think John should be told what a fantastic job he did today. John - you were a pleasure to talk to.
