I wish to record my thanks for the excellent service provided recently in resolving a broadband issue that I have recently had.
Special mention for their superb service goes to @Gordon Munro, @Anonymous Morris and @Gary Webb who all worked so hard to get my system up and running again much more quickly that I thought would be possible.
People are very quick to complain and criticize these days, but praise should be given for great service.
