How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi there

really helpful Engineer manager called Erol came to my house today after a visit was out on hold yesterday. Really helpful and organised a visit for tomorrow to install a satellite. Very happy about this especially this close to Christmas 

please can you find him and pass on thanks - my postcode is SS7 (benfleet, essex) and he visited Hollywood mews on the date this was posted
