How to send Thanks to Sky

We had a engineer out this morning (09/12/22)to fix an issue we have been having for a while. His name was John and this was the Bangor County Down area. He was really helpful, knew his stuff and sorted the problem very quickly. I just wanted to compliment him on his friendly, efficient service.
