Super thanks for excellent service. Firstly the young man in Bulgaria, working from home, who's English was perfect, who listened to my problem, did not waste time performing needless software updates, just arranged next day appointment for engineer visit. And Matt who visited today, arrived 8am sharp, replacing my wornout Sky Q box and LNB for good measure, cheerfully, efficiently and COVID safely. I just wish Sky could fix my plumbing issues as well, now there's a business opportunity.
