I'm simply getting in touch to commend the serenely voiced lady who was instrumental in organising my package. She went above and beyond, she was also exceptionally good natured and I never at any point felt like I didn't know or understand what was happening. I sadly don't remember her name but I know she's based in South Africa and I for sure give her 10/10. Thanks again
