I would like to say thank you to the engineer named Ray who just left my property.
after having no internet for the last 8 days and speaking to 5 different sky call handlers, he was the only one whom showed true concern and actually believed me and whole heartedly apologised for the poor service I received this far.
I am now finally on the right route to a hopeful fix
