Just (20:45,  20.09.21) spoken with Scottish man called john, apologies that is all I got. I had made a mistake on an online mobile order and I was planning to cancel the order and re do it

 

John was excellent with th advice, gave me the answers/ direction I needed- how to get my pac code where to use it and how to change my payment date.

 

hope you are recognised for your cool calm demeanour.

 

although my first call was disconnected and I considered not moving from 02, if this level of customer service is standard I'm glad I'm moving across!!
