Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to pass on my thanks to Alex in the Loyalty/Cancellation department (with a very lovely Scottish accent) who I spoke to this afternoon. He was absolutley brilliant and a credit to your organisation. It is so nice to speak to someone who is prepared to go out of their way to help. He asked me if I could complete a short survey afterwards to rate his performance, however after the call I waited but nothing happened. 

 

Please could you pass my thanks on to him and tell him he definitely scored a 10/10.
