I want to say a special thanks to Jordan, the engineer who came by my house on 31/07/21. He spent a great deal of time working to fix the satellite and sky box. It wasn't easy working through the current conditions, but he was very considerate and attentive. I really hope his kindness gets the recognition it deserves.
