Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi would love to send thanks to both Caroline and Paul who helped me with my sky glass on Friday 10th feb and Monday 13th feb.  Was getting fed up with the freezing and black screens and with a new remote and a new Ethernet cable (longer than the one I had) have managed a full day with no problems - seeing I was getting multiple problems a day I'm a happy bunny
