Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I'd like to thank the person who helped sort out my account yesterday (I can't remember his name unfortunately). I think the installer had done something he shouldn't have so it took some sorting. The solution wasn't quick but he took ownership of the problem, found the answer and kept me informed throughout, rather than just leaving me on hold.

 

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was hoping to receive a feedback request form.
