Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I have just got off the phone from Remesh (sorry about the spelling - so you know whom i'm speaking about, the gentleman is scottish) 

I promised I would give feed back when I've received his email and all that we discussed has been applied to my account. 

My experience was 10/10 in all aspects of the call. I have just renewed my account!

He was patient, polite, helpful, and seemingly very understanding of my situation, explaining clearly the options I didn't know i had etc.

Please pass this message on to him and anyone else who cares. Great service. Thank you.
