I would like to let SKY know that I have had cause to phone the SKY hekpline on two occasions in the past 10 days and on both occasions received excellent help and advice. 

The first occasion I spoke to Mohammed Waleed who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and reassuring and helped me to resolve my issues right away.  

Today I spoke at length to Mohammed Irshan regarding a dodgy email I had received.  He too was very  knowledgeable and patiently talked me through the process of blocking and removing the "scam" email I had received and also made sure that my email account was secure.

I feel very relieved to have had such an excellent service on both occasions.  The two employees I mention are a credit to your company and I very  much appreciate their help.   Barbara Laing
