Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Had an engineer visit on Saturday (15th) 12-2pm. Just wanted to pass on our thanks to Stu, who was excellent.

I'd explained to him on the phone that our Broadband was now working, having been off for well over 48+ hours after the outage was allegedly fixed on Wednesday morning ,  so wasn't  sure if he still needed to come. He said he'd been checking our Broadband speeds and could see there had been issues, so still worth him coming just to check . We were really grateful for this as we had visions of it turning off again! 
Stu noticed that our speeds weren't as good as they might be, installed a new micro filter and recommended a Booster for downstairs where the signal can fade out sometimes. Well wow, it's made a huge difference! Really improved and much faster. Very impressed by Stu, very helpful and really good at explaining things.

He left us to deal with another call on our road (so clearly an issue) and also just to knock on another neighbour who had made an appointment and cancelled it, just to make sure all ok. Brilliant!! 😀😀
