I just wanted to extend my thanks to Allan in the cancelling department of sky, I was absolutely adamant I was leaving sky. But after a really enjoyable conversation with Allan about my packages (and dogs haha), I've decided to stick with my wifi package! I've had some bad experiences with customer service, but Alan was incredibly helpful, friendly and an absolute asset to sky. Thank you!
