I would just like to thank the guy I spoke to called Dean. I have been with virgin and sky not had any so helpful as he was. He went out of his way to help me after two long hours on the phone. At first I felt like I was just getting passed around, no one was helping fix the issues. I am so grateful to him and wish the other people at SKY were as helpful. 🙂
