Spoke to two sky reps today as I'm moving house soon! I honestly can't tell you how blown away I was with the amazing customer service from both reps!! I work in a customer service focussed role and I was super impressed with your reps. They didn't rush me through anything, explained all my options and more importantly they were personable - not like talking to a robot. One of the reps told me how proud he was to work for Sky and how they'd been looked after by the company during covid - so lovely and refreshing to hear. I don't remember his name I'm sure it was Erin or similar he was in the team that deal with moves. Bob on service
