Tonight (27th September) I spoke to a man on the phone around (7:45pm) regarding extending our cancellation date due to moving house, and at the end I thought the feedback would be sent on a text or email to fill out, so I hung up not knowing it was on the end of the call! I just wanted to say thank you so much to him for being so helpful throughout the whole phone call. He was very polite and did an overall great job, so please if possible can this be passed on!
