I would like to give gratitude & thanks to Yvie at Glasgow for her help; patience & knowledge in personalising a Sky Package & saving me money whilst also upgrading our Sky Broadband Package, I was phoning to cancel due to my monthly payment being too expensive but thanks to Yvie I have remained a customer whilst getting better value for money: I would like to draw your attention to her professionalism & helpfulness & pass on my thanks , She is a great asset to your company ,
