Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like through this forum to sincerely thank the staff of the Sky Executive Team namely Carmen and Neil for their invaluable help and knowledge to get me up and running with my older account.  Due to health reasons my wife no longer has the same capacity to operate any major changes to Sky equipment therefore in our case it is better to keep the status quo for as long as we can. Having discussed this with Carmen she along with Neil looked at a work around and came up with a quick solution to our needs much to our benefit all within a matter of hours. I recognise Sky is not a charity but speaking for my wife and myself the aforementioned people and others in the past have shown great understanding , kindness and compassion in helping us out. Once again grateful thanks.
