Wanted to say a massive thank you to the Sky TV engineer who carried out my installation at Kenley Road, Wimbledon on Saturday 3rd Dec.
Despite arranging the installation a number of weeks in advance, my broadband router had failed to arrive by the time of the installation. The engineer acknowledged how frustrated I was so went out of his way to source a router from a Sky FTTP installer nearby and managed to carry out the work meaning I had internet and TV on the weekend I moved into my new home.
A real credit to the company and someone who went above and beyond to do the job!
