How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi. I received help from a lady last night and wanted to say thanks for the excellent help I received.

She arranged for the return of my unused Nokia mobile and I was going to leave great feedback but the opportunity after the call didn't materialise.

The call reference number is 23 8919 0717.

Sadly I didn't get her name so please could someone pass on my thanks again and give her 10 out of 10 for a job well done and a very good attitude overall..
