Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to leave feedback following my recent conversation with Chris from cancellation department. Unfortunately I did not receive an email or text from Sky to rate my call but I would really like for Chris to be recognized for his excellent customer service. He is a true credit to the team and went far beyond his duty to ensure a customer satisfaction. I've spoken to several team members from different departments and although I was always told I'm a valued VIP customer, only after speaking to Chris I really felt like someone cared to resolve my issue. We've been with Sky for several years and Chris is the reason we continue to be a Sky customer.
