Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I just had a call with the call centre in India. The lady that I spoke to was called Jacinta  and was extremely helpful and polite. She made sure I understood everything that was being offered and got the right deal for me. She really brightened my day and is a real asset to the company. I placed the call at 16:03 GMT and lasted about 18 minutes.
