Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Just had a lovely informative chat with the best customer support colleague I have ever encountered in over 15 years of being a customer.

So helpful, clear and simply amazing putting my mind at ease.
I have had some terrible experiences with some in the past. 

 

Actually felt like I was chatting with an old friend and felt valued and looked after.
Here’s hoping if I have too contact any time in the future, I hope I'm connected with Susen from Scotland every time.

If there’s any rewards system for your staff, I think she absolutely deserves a great big one.

Great member of staff that others can learn from.
