I'm really bad with names and I have to admit I have forgot the man's name who helped me 😞
He was Scottish (which was great...to speak to someone who could understand my strong accent and I didn't have to keep repeating myself) haha.
He went above and beyond to try help me out with my problem and I can't thank him enough!
It's great to speak to someone on these calls who is informal and chatty (not a robot) and actually takes time to explain things and have a normal conversation in between helping with the matter at hand.
He is definitely a credit to your team and I hope you can manage to find this man and say a big thank you again from me!
