I would just like to make it known that the engineer that came to fit my Sky, Wayne, was very professional and personal. From start to finish he was constantly looking at ways to make the service better for us and went above and beyond to do this. He ensured that the Sky dish was in a good place which meant it was concealed from view when sitting in the garden etc, little things that meant a lot. 

Wayne also informed me of the multiroom services and how he could fit it there and then, which I took up as I had already been looking into it.

Wayne went through all of the features of the Sky Q box and even the remote, showing me shortcuts to get to certain menus and programmes.

I always believe it is good to give credit where credit is due especially for customer service as I have recently received some very bad experiences from other companies.
