I would like to thank the cancellation department representative I spoke to yesterday evening who cancelled my Sky Sports cricket subscription which I had opened for the World Cup and the Ashes. I did not ask his name but he is Scottish, a cricket enthusiast and we had a short discussion on recent matches. He also noticed that my main Sky subscription could be reduced because there were some extras (such as cartoons) which I never used. In all he saved me quite a lot of money.
I had expected to receive an email asking me to rate the service he provided but nothing has come. I would rate him 10 out of 10, extremely competent and helpful.
