i had to call Sky today as I could not see a way to change the primary email address on my account. I spoke to a delightful person called Joanne who had the most amazing Irish accent. She talked me through several step patiently and in the end after much trying my account was sorted and email changed. During our 77minute call she was kind, patient and considerate. We talked about the recent loss of my mother and it turned out her mother also as a similar condition that mine.had. We shared our thoughts and I hope in some small part, my experience may have helped her in her situation.
Eventually my problem was solved and I thought I would write as she is clearly a shining example of customer services at its very best,
My sincere regards to Joanne and I hope she makes many happy memories with her mum as I did with mine
