How To Send Thanks To Sky

I would like to give the biggest thank you in the world to EMA57 at Sky today.

I have never felt so reassured and supported, she went above a beyond all i could expect - i dread the thought of calling up a company and asking for help, because im sure we all know that 99% of the time they dont really care or just turn you away! But my views have changed completely, restoring my faith and Sky being my best experience with any company i have ever dealt with. 

Thank you again. If there is anyway this could be passed on to her manager i would be more than grateful, an absolute star and pleasure to have on the phone.
