Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

After speaking with a member of your team yesterday for around 40 minutes on the phone while we worked out a new plan for my parent's and aranged for myself to take charge of my now poorly father's sky account.

The Gentleman called Paul was superb in his gentle manner, extremely sensitive to my mother and father's situation .

Although this was a long phone call it was one that had to be made sooner or later, I am sure without doubt that all your staff are given this 5 star training but on this day my mother and I are truly grateful that it was Paul that answered my call.
