I received a visit from David first and Daniel (or Dan) after today and they were both extremely helpful in organising to swap jobs to get my problem sorted. When Dan came he was so helpful and I really appreciated him talking me through what the problem was and how he is going to fix it. He was so talkative and a real asset to sky. 

He left with the problem solved and explained to me where the fault is so I know for the future if it happens again.

 

Cannot fault either of the men and Thanks again guys.
