I would like to pass my thanks on to Sandra (SWA22) in the home move department. I have not had a smooth ride with Sky in general and my house move has been as stressful, if not more than my other issues.
She has taken ownership, followed through with her promises, and has been brilliant from start to finish. She needs a raise. Please pass on my thanks.
