A few years ago I tried to come back to Sky but the installer aborted the visit citing the conservatory being an issue.  Fast forward to today where I tried again and whilst I expected the same issue with the conservatory the installer found an alternative option which still allowed me to carry out the install and not only that was very helpful, polite and courteous.  Even going as far as addressing me as sir. A job well done.

 

Unfortunately I never caught his name.  Can someone look up my account and ensure my thanks and appreciation is passed on?
