I just wanted to say thank you to Joanna (I think it is) from a Scotland call centre (not sure which branch, sorry!) for all of her help in trying to sort out our broadband issues. Joanna really went above and beyond the call of duty to try and help us solve this issue as well as being a lovely friendly person to speak to.
