I called Sky ref. upgrading to Sky Q on Wednesday 28 August. I was so lucky to get an agent calked Iranna. He was so patient trying to explain things to this old person. He eventually got through to me and we had a laugh. I don;t know how you found him but hang on to him, he is fabulous and so helpful.
