I spoke to a very friendly lady named Sarah on the Online Message facility today in regards to cancelling my contract due to having to move home after difficult circumstances.

 

I was so pleased that Sarah was so kind and efficient, as I was nervous about cancelling and wasn't sure about the process.

 

Sarah was so helpful and organised everything for me with ease. She made my day and I certainly hope that she gets lots of praise from Sky for representing you so well!
