I would like to send a big thank you to Ann from your customer services department, who after a visit from an engineer, a cancelled installation appointment and a very intense phone call with a different person from your customer service (apologises to the guy who had to listen to me venting my frustrations!)  manage to get sky tv working at our new home! I was really disappointed with sky’s installation/ home moving service and even cancelled all of my sky services in frustration. Ann had the time and patients to talk me though a temporary set up until an engineers appointment can be rebooked. I look forward to a follow up call on Tuesday and hope it will be as friendly and informative as the last! Thank you very much Ann.x
