Today 20th May 2018, I ordered a new iPad from you. Sam helped me so much and was very pleasant and did not mind the numerous questions from an old lady. He was patient and well informed and passed the time of day with me as well. He had excellent customer service. I was transferred to Alison for some updates and she helped me and explained everything to me in a manner  that I could understand. Thank you to both members of your staff. A credit to your company. Thank you Linda Askwith.
